3) Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/size of your order. We may offer free shipping during special promotions.


4) Tracking Your Order

All orders include a tracking number. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after dispatch.


5) Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
