At Pings Place™, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully source and inspect each beauty-tech product before shipping. If there is an issue with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving it, only in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or incorrect items.


Before Returning Any Item

Please contact our customer care team at contact@pings-place.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photos or videos showing the problem

We will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and personal care devices cannot be returned once opened or used, unless defective.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used beauty devices
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Bank processing times may take up to 15 business days.
