Your satisfaction is our priority. To ensure a smooth return experience, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if there is any issue.
Important Notice: Returns are only accepted for orders shipped to customers in the United States. We do not accept returns for international orders at this time.
Eligibility
We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
To qualify for a full refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the item back within 7 days of your return request submission.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined entirely.
- Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive your return to process it.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Refund Processing
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
